Importance of Exercise

“It's easier to maintain your health than regain it." —Dr. Ken Cooper.

Exercise add years to your life and life to your years. The more you exercise, the greater the benefits. Physical activity is also considered as an exercise, but does not burn as much calories compared to proper exercise. But people give many reasons for not exercising regularly. For example lack of time because of family responsibililties, cost of equipment or gym membership, and even some complain of lack of facilities near by. Why should we let our health deteriorate and seek profesional help to cure our disease, all because of "LAZINESS."

Walking is the best exercise prescibed by all doctors and health experts all around the world. Just two streets around our house is sufficient everyday. Once we make this a habit We feel like missing some thing if we don't walk.

There are both long-term and short-term benefits associated with exercising. Some of the short-term benefits are reduces mental tension, increases, we can also consider it a break from daily routine and worries. Long-term benefits include lowering the risks of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, depression, arthritis, etc."Where there is will there is way."
