Golden rules for healthy eating:

We are what we eat. Nutrition plays an important role to stay healthy. Many disease and health problems are not destiny, but the result of our way of living. Food from plants is medicine for body. The most important part of our food should be fresh vegetables. If there is more work of chewing, swallowing, and digestion the healthier you will become.

There should be long interval between meals ( five hours) in other words eat when you are hungry.Unsuitable nutrition is one of the most important causes of all our civilisation's diseases and our disastrous state of health. We eat too much, too fast, too often and usually at the wrong time of the day.

Sugar is a vitamin and mineral thief. The more sugar we eat the greater becomes our lack of B vitamin, which are extremely important for our nerves. Have you noticed, nervous people and restless, sleepless children love sweets.

Many people now-a-days prefer to drink coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks, cola drinks, alcoholic drinks and also milk, which is often indigestible. When thirty one should drink water, nothing but fresh natural water. The bodies of many elderly people are continiously undersupplied with water and many disease are linked with water loss in the body.

"Never be fanatical about your nutrition, but let common sence prevail."
